Didn't think so. This "guy" just happens to be Crossfit Trainer Nick Conn. We would like to congratulate Nick on his 5 seconds of fame on the Crossfit main site. Great job on that muscle-up...that is awesome! If you haven't seen the video you can get to it by clicking HERE. If you watch the video closely, you can also see Huff cheering on everyone in the background. Way to represent!

haha nice. too bad it wasn't my first muscle up... lets hit one tomorrow cj, its been far too long.
1) My buddy has wii fit and I recently got to play around with it. I seriously doubt the wii interface has the potential to provide/motivate a workout in the sense that we crossfitters (or any reasonably fit athelete for that matter) understands the term. Nevertheless, the wii fit balance board provides useful biofeedback on balance and stability. Real-time feedback about where your center of mass is was pretty nice and I wouldn't mind having it more often. However, this is the only real contribution I experienced.
2) For the severely unconditioned person, I suppose any movement that gets them off their ass is better than no movement at all. This person is likely to experience an increase in fitness because of the wii. However, I doubt his is really saying much... this population would probably experience an increase in fitness if they didn't use their remote control for an hour a day.
just made up yesterday's wod as rx'd 16:08... yay burpee box jumps!
