Hey Everyone,
We're having a blast back East; however, we completely miss our kick @$$ group back in Santa Barbara. I'm so stoked about everyone's PR's...wish I could have been there.
CrossFit Pittsburgh is a great facility with amazing people. If you're ever in the Pittsburgh area (cause you all know the City of Pittsburgh is a HOT spot) check them out! Keep up the good work and I look forward to sweating with you all soon. Take care!
