Comfort Zone

How often do you climb outside of your comfort zone? I know many of you are monster crossfitters and can put up some pretty good times on your workouts, but how often do you push yourself harder than you ever have before? It is very common to see people make progress up to a point and, content with where they are, never push themselves further. Why? Because it hurts!
