Well, two weeks ago, I posted this picture and posted that our Saturday workout was going to be held at the UCSB Track. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that the Relay For Life was scheduled to be there that day and we had to change our plans last minute. I hope this week won't be a case of déjà vu! That being said, our workout this Saturday will be held at noon at the UCSB Track. There is a parking garage right across the street. If you need a map, look no further and just click Here. We hope to see all you there. Don't be scared to come out and join us if you haven't yet...us crossfitters won't bite you (please don't be offended. so i was planning on rejoining crossfit nation today, but 45 muscle-ups is impossible. maybe i'll do thursday's filthy fifty instead. in workout-related news, i randomly helped push some dude's stalled car into a gas station today. functional fitness anyone?
Did you do some burpees when you got to the gas station just for good measure?
I'm sick. It's raining. I'm not allowed to bring rings in the gym.
Today just isn't my day.
I don't take many days off, but today will be an exception. Hopefully, it won't be raining tomorrow!

i did fran instead, with 75# thrusters. 8:10, which is 10 seconds slower than my PR. not great, but not unexpected since i haven't really done any metcon in months besides our saturday workouts...
