Felt good. Grip was giving out towards the end...
35 all the way through.
Having issues with squat stance. Short left leg or hips out of whack causing imbalance. Can that be fixed/compensated for?

The name is fitting... this thing is a $#@!ing beast.
Sue,
what kind of issues exactly? having one slightly short leg is extremely common. And yes, it can create some imbalances that need to be compensated for. But, unless your case is extreme, a little fixing up of your squatting technique should solve the problem fairly easily. If your hips are really out of whack, then it may take a little more work. We'll take a look at it this Saturday and see what we can do for ya. Good luck!
Hi Colin,
I'm using my right leg to compensate somehow for left leg weakness/shortness/maybe it just doesn't feel like doing as much work as the other leg :-) and/or hip misalignment. I end up using my right leg to compensate and I notice strain in my lower back (rt. side). I can clearly see in the mirror that something is off when I do a squat and when Miguel looked at my stance he noticed that my left foot was about 2 inches in front of my right. I would appreciate you taking a look on Sat. and giving my left leg a stern talking to!
