so i was planning on rejoining crossfit nation today, but 45 muscle-ups is impossible. maybe i'll do thursday's filthy fifty instead. in workout-related news, i randomly helped push some dude's stalled car into a gas station today. functional fitness anyone?
Did you do some burpees when you got to the gas station just for good measure?
I'm sick. It's raining. I'm not allowed to bring rings in the gym.
Today just isn't my day.
I don't take many days off, but today will be an exception. Hopefully, it won't be raining tomorrow!

i did fran instead, with 75# thrusters. 8:10, which is 10 seconds slower than my PR. not great, but not unexpected since i haven't really done any metcon in months besides our saturday workouts...
